Orders, availability and pricing

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel or correct orders where information is inaccurate. Shipping and delivery

We normally process orders in 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, though transit times depend on the carrier and your location. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. The store is not responsible for carrier delays once an order leaves our facility.

Returns, refunds and final sale

Returns for most unused items are accepted within 30 days from delivery if merchandise is in like-new condition with original packaging and accessories. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except where an item is defective or covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including water filters, pumps, solenoids, electrical items, special-order items and parts that have been used or installed.

Limitation of liability
